Junior Symphony Orchestra

The Junior Symphony Orchestra is a approximately the same size as the Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra. Repertoire is extremely varied and challenging. Students in the Junior Symphony Orchestra typically feed into the Seattle Youth Symphony Orchestra.


JSO rehearsals are held Saturdays, 11:00am-1:30pm at Shorecrest High School.
String sectionals are Saturday, 9:30-10:55am at the same location.

Dates of concerts:

The following dates have been announced for the 2014-2015 season. All performances will be at Meany Hall on the UW Campus. Each concert features performances by SYSO's three training orchestras.
